Creating your account
Sign up with email or Google, accept the terms, and verify your email with a one-time code.
Everyone starts by creating a single PEN Play account. You'll use the same account whether you're a parent, teacher or therapist.
Sign up
- Go to the PEN Play portal and tap Sign up.
- Choose how you'd like to register:
- Email and password - enter your full name, surname, email address and a password. A mobile number is optional.
- Google - tap Continue with Google to register instantly with your Google account.
- Tick the box to accept the terms. You can also opt in to occasional PEN Play updates if you'd like them.
- Tap Create account.
Use an email address you check often - it's where your verification code and important notifications are sent.
Verify your email
For your security, PEN Play emails you a verification message as soon as you sign up. You need to verify before you can use the portal, and there are two easy ways to do it - pick whichever suits you:
- Click the link in the email. It opens a page that confirms your email and lets you continue - no typing needed.
- Enter the code. The same email contains a 5-digit code. Type it into the verification screen and tap Verify.
Both the link and the code are valid for about 10 minutes.
PEN Play remembers this device for you - see Signing in & account security. You won't have to verify again every time you sign in on the same device.
Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder. The link and code are single-use - if they expire or you've already used them, tap Resend code to get a fresh email (you can resend after a short countdown).
