Adding a child

Create a child's profile, give them a seat so they can play, and edit their details later.

Every child you want to follow needs a profile in the portal. You can add your children during first-time setup, or any time afterwards from your dashboard.

Add a child

  1. Go to Students and tap Add child (during first-time setup this happens automatically).
  2. Enter your child's details:
    • Name and surname
    • Gender
    • Date of birth
  3. Save. The child now appears in your students list.

If you have more than one child, add them all - there's no limit, and you can add more later.

Give your child a seat

A child can only play once they have a seat on your subscription. One seat covers one child.

  • If you're setting up for the first time, the wizard takes you straight to starting a subscription - see Subscription & billing.
  • If you add another child later, make sure you have a spare seat (or add one) and that the seat is assigned to that child. You manage this from Billing.
Heads up

Without an active seat, your child's game will show that they can't play. If a child suddenly can't get in, check that they still have a seat on an active subscription - see Troubleshooting.

Edit a child's details

Open the child from your students list and choose Edit to update their name, avatar or badges. This is handy when a preferred name changes or you want to personalise their profile.

Removing a child

The Edit screen also has a Delete child button. Removing a child permanently deletes their profile and progress and can't be undone, and it frees up their seat so you can assign it to someone else.

Heads up

Deleting a child is irreversible - their data is permanently removed. Only delete a child you're sure you no longer need. If you just want to reuse a seat, you can unassign the seat instead from Billing.
